Supper Clubs and Choir Events
with pupils from Coopers' Company and Coborn School in Upminster.

"We are proud to be working alongside the pupils of Coopers as part of their local Social Value initiative, supporting them while they give back to their community."
It’s heartening for us at H.A.D to see young people being encouraged to contribute positively and actively through music and food.

During our supper club events, we are entertained by pupils who have taken up Music as part of their GCSE exams, and our delicious varied meals are prepared in their modern, fully equipped kitchens within the Food Technology Department.
All our upcoming events are posted on the calendar, and you are most welcome to book to attend.

We had the lovely 'Antique Ann' in today, she came with an array of objects.
It was amazing being able to touch and discuss what each item was and what we thought they were used for.

Ann, is a treasure herself, she visits charities and other events to share her knowledge, providing an educational afternoon of fun and laughter.

We have our lovely Arts and Crafts volunteer Glynis in today, she came up with this wonderful idea of making sweetie bowls from papermache.
Our clients loved getting involved in this activity, which was so organized and informative.

Glynis volunteers once a fortnight, and always manages to find something creative to do.
