Tuesday

Chair Based Exercise - £5.00 - 10am -11am - St Johns & St Matthews Church, Southend Road, South Hornchurch.

​

All exercises are chair based and tailored to the needs of the class.

Arts & Crafts - £5.00 - 10am - 12pm - Whittaker Hall, Woodhall Crescent.
 

A friendly welcoming group for anyone interested in being creative.  Accessible for all abilities.

This is a tutor led class by one of our volunteers.

Wednesday

Coffee Morning for the over 50's - £2.50 - 9.30-11.30am - Whittaker Hall, Woodhall Crescent.

​

Starting on the 13th May 2026, our coffee mornings will be a chance for people over 50 to meet new friends and have a good chat about anything and everything. Tea/coffee and biscuits provided.

​

Computer Class - £5.00 - 10am -1pm - Whittaker Hall, Woodhall Crescent.

​

This is a tutor led class, teaching the basic knowledge of computers and social media. - Booking essential.

​

Friendship Café  - 11am - 1pm -  MyPlace, Dagnam Park Drive, Harold Hill. 

​

The Friendship café is 'Warm Place' providing activities and a chance to socialise and make new friends.

£2 donation towards refreshments.  

​This is every 3rd Wednesday of the month, subject to change.

Wednesday Workout - £5.00 - 1pm - 2.15pm - Whittaker Hall, Woodhall Crescent.

​

Designed specifically for people with reduced mobility, ideal for wheelchair users.  All exercises are chair based and tailored to the 

needs of the class.
