Chair Based Exercise - £5.00 - 10am -11am - St Johns & St Matthews Church, Southend Road, South Hornchurch.

All exercises are chair based and tailored to the needs of the class.

Arts & Crafts - £4.00 - 10am - 12pm - Whittaker Hall, Woodhall Crescent.
A friendly welcoming group for anyone interested in being creative. Accessible for all abilities.
This is a tutor led class by one of our volunteers.

Computer Class - £4.00 - 10am -1pm - Whittaker Hall, Woodhall Crescent.

This is a tutor led class, teaching the basic knowledge of computers and social media. - Booking essential.

Friendship Café - Free - 11am - 1pm - MyPlace, Dagnam Park Drive, Harold Hill.
​
The Friendship café is 'Warm Place' providing activities and a chance to socialise and make new friends.
£1 donation towards refreshments.

Designed specifically for people with reduced mobility, ideal for wheelchair users. All exercises are chair based and tailored to the
needs of the class.
