GHM (Health & Prevention group) programme outline

GHM – Giaro Health Management provides 10-weeks courses, which offer health, wellbeing and prevention programmes. They include information on preventative methods, group tuition and personalised support in development of health management strategies.

Participants are proactively involved in structuring of their personalised specific goals (S.M.A.R.T. specific, measurable, achievable, realistic and timed) to the anticipated outcomes. Their progress is monitored at weekly sessions and assessed at Mid-course, and then evaluated at the end of the programme.

 They are provided with regular supervision and counselling support at individual consultations to enable them to achieve a stable progress and reaching their targets that are empowering motivation to make an improvement in the quality of their lives
