Feeling stiff and lacking in motivation? Why not come along to our Wednesday Workout with Christine from YMCA.
Our seated exercise allows you to work on the upper and lower parts of your body without the risk of losing your balance, feeling dizzy or just the need to introduce exercise gently into your daily routine.
Sessions start at 1pm and ends at 2pm, drinks will follow thereafter if you wish to stay for a further 15 minutes.
Christine will complete a simple risk assessment on your ability and health on your first visit, and all exercise is at your own speed and you decide the intensity.
