Feeling stiff and lacking in motivation? Why not come along to our friendly Wednesday Workout session.
Christine our gym instructor from YMCA delivers our seated exercise class.
This class is designed to work on the upper and lower parts of your body without the risk of losing your balance, feeling dizzy or adding addition strain on other parts of your body while exercising.
Sessions start at 1pm and ends at 2pm, drinks will follow thereafter if you wish to stay for a further 15 minutes. Refreshments provided.
Christine will complete a simple risk assessment on your ability and health on your first visit, and all exercise is at your own speed and you decide the intensity that suits.
