Propel Your Health Journey – Group Counselling

We are running a course of group counselling sessions all with the aim to increase your own wellbeing. Each month there will be a new topic, January will be Self Esteem. These are group discussion and will be designed around the groups needs.

Places are limited so booking is essential. Please call the office to book.
