Our annual Service User Evaluation week will be taking place Monday 9th September through to Friday 13th September.
All members are kindly asked to fill out a questionnaire via survey monkey (link below).
These evaluations are important to us at H.A.D, it lets us know what you think of the service we are providing, and where we can improve. It also gives you the chance to ‘have your say’.
You can either fill out a questionnaire online following the link in your own time. Alternatively, come into the H.A.D office, where a staff member will be able to show you the link using the H.A.D tablet.
On Friday 13th between 10am – 12.00pm, we are hosting our ‘Feedback Friday’ event, this is again your chance to put forward any ideas that you have for the service. A buffet lunch will be provided at 12.30pm. Please let us know if you are able to join us.
